18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 2012 International Restless Legs Syndrome Study Group (IRLSRLSSG) diagnostic criteria; 2. Han Chinese(three generations), 18-80 years, male or female; 3. Dopaminergics naive or dopaminergics free for the past 2 weeks prior to the interview; 4. Symptoms of RLS would occur at least 3 times for the past week; 5. Written consent signs are available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary RLS including iron-deficiency anemia, chronic renal failure, pregnancy, peripheral neuropathy, Parkinsons disease, and etc.; 2. Acathisia due to drug abuse, alcoholism, neuroleptics or other related medication; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental Status Examination (MMSE) score lower than 24; 4. Pregnant woman; 5. Contraindications for dopamine agonist therapy; 6. Patients suffering from serious diseases of other systems; 7. Patients who are unwilling to participate the study or can't sign the informed consent.
