Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cardiovascular disease: 1. coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, arrhythmia, angina. We screened 150 inpatients based on the inclusion criteria: (1) suffering from cardiovascular disease; (2) the patient is a han nationality; (3) maintenance dose of 75 mg/d on hydroclopidogrel sulfate tablets; (4) platelet count in patients was 100 x 10^9/L ~ 450 x 10^9/L. Coronary heart disease with PCI. A total of 100 inpatients were screened. Inclusion criteria: patients who underwent elective surgery were all given aspirin 100mg/d and clopidogrel 75mg/d continuously at 4d before surgery, patients who underwent emergency surgery were given aspirin 300mg and clopidogrel 600mg at least 6h before surgery, and the operations were conducted according to the PCI treatment guidelines stipulated by the cardiovascular society of the Chinese medical association. 2. cerebrovascular diseases met the diagnostic criteria of acute cerebral infarction in the Chinese guide for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in 2010, and were confirmed by imaging (CT/MRI) to select 100 hospitalized patients. Inclusion criteria: course <2 weeks;Age is greater than or equal to 18 years old; The risk scale for stroke in Essen was greater than or equal to 3 points.Receive clopidogrel treatment; Vital signs are stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with chronic liver disease, renal insufficiency and bleeding tendency. Other antiplatelet agents or oral anticoagulants such as warfarin were used before and after the initial operation.Patients with allergic reactions to aspirin and clopidogrel; Patients with peptic ulcer, cerebral hemorrhage and other hemorrhagic diseases;Abnormal liver function in patients with cirrhosis (increased liver enzyme by more than 3 times); Abnormal renal function in patients with cystic fibrosis (serum creatinine level >, 265 mol/L) and hyperthyroidism;Malignant tumors and other conditions considered inappropriate by researchers. 2. TOAST classification considering cardiogenic embolism;Taking anticoagulants or other antiplatelet agents;Abnormal platelet count (<100 x 10^9/L); There are coagulation dysfunction, active bleeding or bleeding tendency.Serious cardiac and hepatic renal dysfunction; Tumors and diseases of the immune system; Surgical history for nearly 2 weeks.
