Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged at least 18 years old; men and women; 2. diagnosis or clinical diagnosis of stroke; 3. one of the high risk factors for intracranial hypertension; Imaging confirmed that the lesion was larger than 70cm3 or had cerebral edema; After onset, blood pressure increased significantly compared with baseline. Delta SBP > 40mmhg; Multiple organ dysfunction: Acute changes in SOFA score (> 2), or (> 2) in SOFA score (baseline SOFA score was 0 in patients with unknown organ dysfunction); The presence of blood glucose was significantly elevated or too low (> 11.1mmol/L or 2; 4. informed consent of patients or family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. In recent months (6 months), chemotherapy drugs were used; 2. There is a history of hematologic malignancies and autoimmune diseases; 3. There are hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, liver, kidney, lung, pancreas and other solid organ transplant history; 4. The end stage of renal failure (GFR 707 mol/L); 5. The expected survival time is <24 hours; 6. Pregnant or lactating patients.
