18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Healthy volunteers who undergo gastroscopy or patients with esophageal disease; 3. Without any treatment (drugs, surgery, chemoradiotherapy, etc.); 4. The patient has full informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients had been treated within 3 months (including antibiotics, hormones, intestinal flora regulator, proton pump inhibitors, etc.) or history of esophageal surgery; 2. Intestinal dysfunction; 3. There are serious organic lesions, and can not tolerate gastroscopy or surgical treatment; 4. HIV virus infected people and carriers; 5. Pregnant or lactating women,
