19 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. BMI<30kg/m2; 3. weight=40kg; 4. ASA I or II; 5. Patients scheduled to undergo thoracotomy; 6. be conscious and can accomplish pain assessment after interpretation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Puncture site infection; 2. severe coagulophy; 3. Local anesthetic allergy; 4. severe cardiovascular disease; 5. liver failure or renal insufficiency; 6. chronic pain or chronic opioid use; 7. history of alcoholism or drug abuse; 8. inability to accomplish the pain assessment.
