Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infant age form one to six month; 2. Height and weight in normal range; 3. The acetabular and femoral head could be detected with a high frequent ultrasound probe (>7MHz).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infant age above 6 month; 2. Pathological, teratologic,paralysis or spastic dislocation of the hip; 3. Cerebral palsy,multiple joint contracture, club foot or other neuromuscular conditions; 4. Rickets,malformation of femur ; 5. Femoral head could not be detected clearly because of the ossification; 6. Lost to follow up and could not get final diagnosis.
