Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Corrected visual acuity>1.0, intraocular pressure 11mmHg-21 mmHg, binocular pressure difference <5mmHg, diopter: spherical mirror degree -3.0D to +2.0D, astigmatism <1.0D, pupil dilation is good, reaching 6mm or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 and other types of diabetes, glaucoma, optic nerve, macular degeneration and other ophthalmic diseases, vitreous drug injection history, ophthalmic laser and surgical history cataract, vitreous hemorrhage, severe refractive interstitial opacity, systemic, hematological system cirrhosis, heart failure Serious diseases: infectious diseases, malignant tumors, hypertensive retinopathy, systemic diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease).
