Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postoperative craniocerebral trauma patients expected to be hospitalized in ICU for more than 7 days from oct 10, 2018 to oct 10, 2019 in the intensive care unit of west China hospital of sichuan university.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of deep vein thrombosis; Admission was diagnosed as pulmonary embolism or DVT; Patients with malignant tumors; Hormone users; Patients with antiphospholipid syndrome; Pregnancy patients; Patients with coagulation disorders; Patients who refused to be screened by ultrasound and patients who did not sign the informed consent form: patients with incomplete data, patients with less than 7 days of hospitalization in ICU.
