Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The patient has typical radiculopathy (arm numbness, pain), which ranges from the upper arm or the forearm to the middle finger. The physical examination may have a neck test or a brachial plexus pull test, triceps muscle strength and reflex; 2) imaging studies showed C6-7 segmental disc herniation, nerve root compression; with or without C6-7 or more segmental degeneration, without C7-T1 disc disease; 3) exclusion of cervical spine lesions (Upper extremity pain caused by thoracic outlet syndrome, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, biceps tendonitis, and apical tumor of the lung.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with limb fractures, brain trauma, patients with polyneuropathy, plexus disease, focal neuropathy other than radiculopathy, myopathy or central nervous system disease, or patients with other surgical contraindications that cannot be treated surgically.
