Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The child had normal body temperature before surgery; Age 1 d ~ 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative 3 days due to the infection causes fever, body temperature >38 degree C; 1. thermoregulation anomalies such as malignant hyperthermia, malignant syndrome; 2. hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism or other endocrine disease affecting the body temperature; 3. active hypothermia therapeutic of surgery such as heart surgery; 4. perioperative use of drugs affect the body temperature, such as NSAIDs.
