30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 30-80 years; 2) Accorded with the diagnosis of primary Parkinson's disease, maintained the stability of anti-Parkinson disease drugs for at least 3 months, and ensured the stability of drugs during the follow-up; 3) Unilateral or bilateral foot dystonia with symptoms lasting at least 1 hour per day, causing pain or affecting walking, and no response to baclofen treatment; 4) Evaluate the degree of foot spasm and pain in patients with PD at the ON and OFF stage to exclude the dopaminergic drug related foot dystonia; 5) Electromyography showed spasmodic potential to further confirm foot dystonia; 6) Never been treated with botulinum toxin in the past.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who could not walk independently; 2) Patients with resistance to botulinum toxin; 3) Patients with a history of rheumatoid arthritis; 4) Patients with psychiatric symptoms or dementia.
