Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients enrolled in this study were confirmed postmenopausal osteoporosis patients at Tianjin Medical University General Hospital.Patients are supposed to have gained daily oral calcium 1000 mg and vitamin D 800 IU since at least three months before enrollment and throughout the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases, such as secondary osteoporosis and significant renal or hepatic dysfunction, etc. 2. Contraindications for drugs, such as drug allergy and hypercalcemia,etc.
