Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 65 years; 2. Patients diagnosed as AML; 3. without any infection; 4. Agreed to participate this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute promyeloid leukemia; 2. CNSL involvement; 3. Active infections; 4. Poor compliance.
