Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) signing the informed consent; 2) adult patients aged 18 and above; 3) patients admitted to ICU for various reasons; 4) patients meeting the diagnosis of acute kidney injury; 5) patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome;6) patients with mild to moderate anemia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) with GFR<60ml/min; 2) previous history of chronic lung diseases (including chronic obstructive emphysema, pulmonary hypertension, etc.); 3) screening patients who had been given EPO treatment two weeks before; 4) patients with EPO allergy; 5) severe anemia; 6) severe lung injury; 7) severe kidney damage.
