Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: STROKE 1: n = 1500 cases of acute brain stroke 1. Aged at least 18 years old men and women; 2. By computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke; 3. Systolic blood pressure between 140-220mmHg and diastolic blood pressure between 80-120mmHg, between 24-120 hours, not thrombolysis therapy and incidence between 0 to 24 hours for thrombolysis treatment; 4. Ischemic stroke incidence between 0 and 120 hours, systolic blood pressure > 220mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 120mmHg. STROKE 2: n = 500 cases of acute hemorrhagic stroke: 1. Aged at least 18 years old men and women; 2. By computed tomography (CT) diagnosis of acute hemorrhagic stroke; 3. Hemorrhagic stroke,incidence between 0 and 120 hours; 4. Systolic blood pressure > 150 mmHg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: STROKE 1: acute ischemic stroke: 1. Based on the imaging examination in the diagnosis of cerebral watershed infarction or intracranial artery stenosis 70% or higher; 2. Because of arteritis, migraine, vasospasm, or stroke caused by drug abuse; 3. Severe stroke (NIHSS score 21 or higher); 4. Coma (Glasgow coma scale 8 or lower); 5. People whose is severe dependence on others (modified Rankin scale score 3 to 5 points); 6. Severe heart failure (New York heart association class III and IV) and left ventricular ejection fraction < 35%; 7. People with myocardial infarction or unstable angina over the past three months; 8. Past medical history:aortic dissection; 9. Past medical history:dementia; 10. Refractory hypertension (although use 4 or more kinds of antihypertensive drug treatment for 6 months or more, systolic blood pressure is still 170 mm Hg or higher); 11. Dialysis or estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 20 ml/min / 1.72 m2; 12. The research team determine all limit the clinical situation of the research process compliance; 13. People with mental disorders, cognitive impairment or emotional disorders unable to understand and/or follow the study plan; 14. People cannot attend follow-up examination (such as unable to travel to clinical center); 15.People involved in another clinical trials within 30 days 16. People whose planning a pregnancy, pregnancy or in childbearing age but refused to contraception; 17. People whose is not to obtain informed consent; STROKE 2: acute hemorrhagic stroke: 1. Cerebral hemorrhage caused by intracranial tumor, vascular malformations; 2. People whose is severe dependence on others (modified Rankin scale score 3 to 5 points); 3. Past medical history:aortic dissection; 4. Past medical history:dementia; 5. Refractory hypertension (although use 4 or more kinds of antihypertensive drug treatment for 6 months or more, systolic blood pressure is still 170 mm Hg or higher); 6.
