Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Orthopedic hospitalized patients undergoing elective large and medium surgery. The types of surgery that need to be included in the study are as follows; (1) joint replacement knee and hip replacement; (2) Arthroscopic surgery Knee and shoulder arthroscopy; (3) Spinal decompression and internal fixation; (4) Spinal compression fractures for vertebroplasty; (5) fracture reduction and internal fixation; 2. Aged = 65 years old; 3. Length of stay in hospital > 48 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent history of bleeding leads to anemia; 2. Patients with hypercalcemia; 3. Patients with a history of vitamin D allergy; 4. Consolidate severe cognitive impairment and fail to cooperate with the investigation; 5. Refusal of the investigator; 6. Cancer patients; 7. Patients admitted to the hospital for the same cause.
