Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. signature of informed consent voluntarily; 2. Pathological diagnosis of high-grade glioma (including anaplastic glioma of WHO III and glioblastoma of WHO IV grade); 3. Aged 18-65 years old, male and female, PS score 0-2; no basic disease or well-controlled patients; 4. Normal blood-routine test: WBC > 3.5x10^9/L, GRAN > 2.9 x10^9/L; Hb > 90g/L, PLT > 100 x10^9/L; 5. Normal liver function: serum creatinine was less than 1.5xULN, and creatinine clearance rate was more than 60 ml/min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients unwilling to participate in the experiment or have poor compliance; 2. other clinical trials being conducted; 3. previous history of brain tumor and radiotherapy conducted; 4. multiple lesions with extensive radiation volume; 5. With history of radiotherapy for brain tumors.
