Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of patients with mild cognitive impairment: 1. According to the MCI diagnostic criteria established by DSM-5; 2. Aged from 55 to 80 years; 3. MoCA score 19-25; 4. Voluntary signing up informed consent. The inclusion criteria of the normal elderly subject: 1. No brain injury or stroke; 2. MoCA score>25; 3. Aged from 55 to 80 years; 4. No aphasia; 5. No mental illness; 6. Voluntary signing up informed consent. The inclusion criteria of the normal adolescent: 1. No brain injury or stroke; 2. MoCA score>25; 3. Aged from 20 to 35 years; 4. No aphasia; 5. No mental illness; 6. Voluntary signing up informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. congestive heart failure; lower extremity deep vein thrombosis; malignant progressive hypertension; respiratory failure; active liver disease, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. patients with the diseases which affect the gait (eg: lower limb fractures, Knee Osteoarthritis and the impairment of lower limb joint); 3. history of severe mental illness or schizophrenia; 4. unable to follow up.
