Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients aged 20-70 years undergoing open heart surgery with CPB. ASA II-IV according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) Physical Status Classification System
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Open heart surgery without CPB; 2.Patients with severe liver or kidney disfunction; 3.Patients with a contagious disease; 4.Patients with communication barrier; 5.Patients with mental diseases; 6.Patients undergoing second heart surgery; 7.Patients participating in other clinical trials.
