18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 18-80 years; 2. fit with two of the following items: central obesity with waistline=90cm(male), or >=85cm(female), fasting glucose=6.1mmol/L or postprandial glucoseand=7.8mmol/L and/or diagnosis with diabetes, TG>=1.70mmol/L (150mg/dl), HDL-c=140/90mmHg and/or diagnosis with hypertension; 4. subjects who has signed the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. hypertension crisis; 2. SBP>180mmHg, DBP>110mmHg; 3. secondary hypertension(renal parenchymal hypertension, renovascular hypertension, primary aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma, hypercortisolism, aortic coarctation, hypertension of pregnancy); 4. Secondary Obesity (thalamus fat, pituitary fat, Low thyroid function of obesity, Cushing syndrome); 5. The hypertension and obesity caused by drugs such as oral contraceptive, hormone therapy; 6. serious liver ang kidney damage, subjects with tumor, pregnant or lactating women, subjects with mental sickness, allergic to experimental drugs or any composition of the drug, treated by diet pills in recent 3 months.
