Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) over 18 years of age, undergoing cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation; (2) the cardiac function was inferior to grade III; (3) sinus rhythm
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of atrial arrhythmia and those who have been treated with antiarrhythmia, including those who place cardiac pacemakers; with history of coronary artery bypass grafting; 2. Patients with severe cardiac dysfunction, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <0.3; 3. Those with other organ dysfunction, including those with renal failure (creatinine =200 µmol/L), severe liver failure, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 4. Those who had cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation and bradycardia (<50 times/min); 5. Patients with atrial fibrillation ruled out arrhythmia caused by electrolyte imbalance (K+<3.5 mmol/L), high fever, and internal environment disorder.
