Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 28 days after birth (premature gestational age >41 weeks) to 18 years; (2) Diagnosis of sepsis, severe sepsis and septic shock; (3) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Death within 1 hours after admission; (3) Patients who had had extracorporeal circulation and blood purification on the first 5 days of the entry point.
