control group: monitoring mode was adopted in this group
experimental group:the adjustable mode was adopted in the experimental group and the check point of tracheal cuff pressure was set at 30 cmH2O
VBM group:cuff pressure was monitored by VBM
Electronic pressure sensor group:cuff pressure was monitored by Electronic pressure sensor in this group

18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient must be be able to consent and complete the required assessments and procedures; 2. Patients aged 18-50 years, BMI19-24; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Classification System status of P1 to P2; 4. Patients with endotracheal intubation are scheduled for elective gynecological laparoscopic operation; 5. Laboratory and imaging findings were normal or abnormal but no clinical significance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious heart and lung diseases; 2. Patients with acute or chronic laryngopharyngeal and tracheal diseases; 3. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection 2 weeks before operation; 4. Patients with mental illness or communication disorders.
