Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria revised in China's Acute Ischemic Stroke Diagnosis and Treatment Guide 2018, and confirmed by computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 2. The incidence of blood sampling time = 72 h and received treatment in our hospital; 3. Aged 18-80 years old; 4. The patient is the first onset, or the recurrent disease of the limb sequelae that does not affect the neurological function score; 5. Patients and their families sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parenchymal hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, or bleeding tendency; 2. Cerebral infarction caused by tumors, parasites, brain trauma and the like; 3. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, lung and other vital organs and multiple organ failure; 4. Patients with severe systemic diseases, blood diseases, collagen diseases, connective tissue diseases, infectious diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases (excluding diabetes); 5. Patients with previous neurological diseases and severe sequelae or other patients with severe physical illnesses who cannot be matched for examination; 6. Accompanied by malignant tumors; 7. Pregnancy or lactation; 8. A history of alcoholism, drug dependence or dementia; 9. Mental illness or communication difficulties.
