Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patients are adults, and signed the informed consent form approved by the hospital ethics committee, which was in accordance with the medical ethics; 2) there was clear diagnosis of liver cirrhosis before the operation, which was determined according to clinical history, laboratory data, findings on images and the presence of varices on upper endoscopy or was confirmed by liver biopsy; 3) patients had symptomatic cholecystolithiasis who were able to undergo laparoscopic surgery. The diagnosis of cholecystolithiasis was confirmed by ultrasonography (US), computed tomography (CT) scan or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and there were obviously clinical symptoms (fever, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, vomiting and et al).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with decompensate liver disease, severe heart, brain or lung insufficiency before surgery; 2) patients with choledocholithiasis, pancreatitis, or other hepatobiliary diseases; 3) patients with a history of abdominal surgery; 4) patients who were unsuitable for laparoscopic surgery.
