Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stomach - related diseases study population (1) aged 40 years and older male and female; (2) informed consent. 2. Intestine - related diseases study population (1) aged 50 years and older male and female. (2) informed consent. 3. Esophagus - related diseases study population (1) aged 40 years and older male and female; (2) Conformed with one of the following conditions 1) High incidence of esophageal cancer areas population; 2) Upper gastrointestinal symptoms; 3) Family history of esophageal cancer; 4) Suffer from esophageal cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Stomach - related diseases study population (1) The interval from the last gastroscopy within one year. (2) History of subgastrectomy. (3) One or more of the following symptoms: 1) Iron deficiency anemia within 6 months; 2) Gastrointestinal bleeding within 12 months;(Black stoolblood stool etc.) 3) Weight loss;(Weight loss was greater than 4.5Kg within 6 months for non-weight-loss reasons) 4) Recurrent diarrhea; 5) Difficulty in swallowing or has choking feeling. 6) Abdominal mass. (4) History of any of the following diseases:esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, polyposis, inflammatory bowel disease,malignancy of other organs (Mammary gland, ovary, uterus and urinary system etc.); (5) Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency, or Severe mental disorders. (6) Unable or unwilling to provide written informed consent. 2. Intestine - related diseases study population: (1) A cancer patient with other organs and tissues; (2) No legal capacity or limited legal capacity; (3) Subjects with a history of colorectal cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, or inflammatory bowel disease; (4) Colonoscopy was performed in the first 9 yearsbarium enema or ct or sigmoid colonoscopy were performed in the first 5 years; (5) Faecal-occult-blood tests have been positive in the past 6 months; (6) Proctocolectomy for other reasons of diverticular disease of the sigmoid colon; (7) Significant rectal bleeding occurred within the first 30 days; (8) Participate in any interventional clinical study for the past 30 days; (9) Unable or unwilling to provide written informed consent. 3. Esophagus - related diseases study population (1) Subjects with benign diseases or tumors of other organs and tissues; (2) Patients with esophageal cancer after surgery or chemotherapy; (3) No legal capacity or limited legal capacity.
