21 Years to 37 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. primipara pregnancy (28 weeks pregnant +), can be followed up to one month after delivery; 2. There is a risk of post-production depression or postpartum depression (PDPI-R-C prenatal version=4.5 or EPDS=10); 3. have a smartphone and network; 4. The educational level of elementary school or above has clear thinking and normal expression.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a person with a history of serious mental illness; 2. Have been diagnosed with depression; 3. high-risk pregnant women; 4. can not insist on using mobile phones during pregnancy and postpartum; 5. people found to have major diseases during pregnancy; 6. rejected by the researcher after the explanation
