Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. More than 3 cardiovascular risk factors; 2. Abnormal treadmill exercise test; 3. Coronary CTA showed atherosclerosis or confirmed CAD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate; 2. Patients who are unable to complete the study due to cognitive impairment or language impairment; 3. Patients who require cardiopulmonary resuscitation
