Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged between 18-40 years old; 2. Transvaginal ultrasound showed parient's endometrium thickness<7mm; 3. The patient's bilateral ovaries function normally; 4. Normal serum FSH levels,normal serum CA125 levels; 5. Willing to attempt to get pregnant as part of the experimental protocol. Agree to report any pregnancy to the research staff immediately; 6. Willing and able to comply with study requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has other infertility factors; 2. The patient has a history of systemic disease,chronic inflammation, endocrine disease, tuberculosis and tumor; 3. Patients with severe organic diseases of the endometrium have been confirmed by hysteroscopy or transvaginal ultrasound(e.g., moderate or more severe intrauterine adhesions, multiple fibroids, severe endometriosis); 4. Combined with major physical illnesses or mental disorders, such as heart diseases, Type I or Type II diabetes mellitus, significant anemia that precludes performance of surgery; 5. PGD or PGS-ICSI-ET,people have less than 2 tubes of embryos, or embryos quality are low.
