Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of RSA: 1. Experienced two or more spontaneous abortions; 2. Both husband and wife have normal chromosomes. Inclusion criteria of Normal Pregnancy 1. Normal pregnant women within 12 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 2. Other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials. 3. With family genetic disease and first cousin marriage history; 4. With active immunotherapy was used. 5. With history of spontaneous abortion; 6. With genetic, anatomic, or endocrine abnormalities.
