Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The hospital database contains a complete medical history, surgical records, and meet the following criteria: Patients who have undergone orthognathic surgeries (Le Fort sugery); More than 18 years of age;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of allergies to intraoperative related drugs; Patients with a history of heart-related diseases (NYHA class III or higher); Patients with a history of severe pulmonary disease (asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); Patients with a history of severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
