Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of bamboo snake bite; (2) aged 18 to 60 years old; (3) The treatment of snakebite was not accepted before the election; (4) Voluntarily accept the trial and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant and lactating women; (2) insane, dementia and various mental patients; (3) patients with hematological diseases; (4) patients undergoing coagulation therapy or antiplatelet therapy are being accepted. (5) patients receiving glucocorticoid treatment; (6) patients with heart, liver and kidney dysfunction before the election; (7) patients with tumor or immunodeficiency; (8) The patients who can not be treated by Bloodletting around the wound, such as large blood vessels or nerves around the wound, and the effect of bloodletting by facial puncture on aesthetics, etc.; (9) Patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with infection of limbs, who have poor long-term glycemic control; (10) Patients had syncope with blood.
