Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile women with a history of RIF, RIF refers to failure to achieve a clinical pregnancy after one of the following conditions with all embryos transferred being of good quality: 1) 3 or more embryo transfer cycles; 2) 2 embryo transfer cycles where no less than three embryos were transferred cumulatively; 2. Women who is going to receive FET treatment after IVF or ICSI or PGS; 3. Women under the age of 38 when oocytes were retrieved; 4. At least 1 good-quality, day-5 or day-6 blastocyst or 2 good-quality day-3 embryos left for transfer; 5. Be capable of giving informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are currently receiving any corticosteroid or immunosuppression treatment, such as hydroxychloroquine, ciclosporin, azathioprine, et al; 2. Women with known autoimmune diseases, such as SLE, APS, Sjogren syndrome, scleroderma, et al; 3. Women who have been diagnosed with a pathology affecting endometrial cavity, such as uterine malformation, submucous fibroids, et al; 4. Women or their partner with abnormal chromosome karyotype (not including chromosome polymorphisms); 5. Women who have experienced recurrent pregnancy loss, defined by two or more failed pregnancies. (Pregnancy is defined as a clinical pregnancy documented by ultrasonography or histopathologic examination); 6. Women with thin endometrium < 6mm; 7. Women with medical conditions that represent contraindications to corticosteroid; 8. Women with medical conditions that represent contraindications to assisted reproductive technology and/or pregnancy.
