35 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) first time ever ischemicischaemic or hemo haemorrhagic stroke, comfirmedconfirmed by neuroimaging (CT or MRI); 2) aged 35 to 85 years; 3) more thanbetween 48 hours and 16 weeks since of the time of stroke;, ,but less than sixteen weeks after stroke; 4) impaired upper limb motor function, unilateral hemiplegia; 5) sufficient cognition to understand and follow the purpose of the study and follow the instructions of the study (Mini-Mental Status Examination Mini Mental State Examination [MMSE] >18); 6) ability to follow participate in the robotic-thearpyRT (Brunnstrom assessment score: 22-5, Fahns Tremor Rating Scale=2), Trunk Control Test=12, Manual muscle testing [MMT]MM-T: III-IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) drug abuse or epilepsy; 2) painful arthritis of the elbow, wrist, or finger joints; 3) impaired cognition; 4) former stroke; or 5) severe neuropsychologic impairments; 7) with spasticity of the eElbow and wrist joints of the uUpper limb are not spasticity (Ashworth Scale<2); 8) with visual problems.
