19 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnancy women with and without gestational diabetes mellitus who living in Tianjin at least one year. Matching by 1:1 ratio for factors of the age (± 4 years), gestational weeks (± 3 weeks).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious medical complications and pregnancy complications; 2. Before pregnancy, there is abnormal blood sugar or pre-pregnancy diagnosis of diabetes 3. With family history of adverse pregnancy outcome; 4. With history of infertility; 5. With history of polycystic ovary syndrome; 6. With history of active smoking and no occupational harmful exposure.
