Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In full term, the baby produced is healthy and disease-free; (2) breastfeeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Infant birth weight 4000g; (2) Mother's mental health disorder, unable to answer questions and postpartum mood disorders can not be well coordinated; (3) Currently involved in any research on nutrition or drug intervention and recent taking hormones, antibiotics; (4) With chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, serious nutritional diseases such as anemia, malignant wasting diseases, mastitis, etc.; (4) The mother with bad habits such as smoking or drinking.
