Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the autism diagnostic criteria based on DSM-5/ADI-R/ADOS; 2. aged 0-18 year; 3. Parents/guardians can cooperate with study and sign the inform consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Comorbidities with other neurological, psychiatric or genetic disorders.
