Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) over 18 years of age, there was no history of coronary artery bypass grafting in patients undergoing cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation; (2) the cardiac function was inferior to grade III; (3) sinus rhythm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Persons with a history of atrial arrhythmia and who had received antiarrhythmic treatment, including pacemakers; (2) Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was less than 0.3 in patients with severe cardiac dysfunction; (3) Other organ dysfunction, including renal failure (creatinine (>200 micromol/L), severe liver failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (4) those who had cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation and bradycardia (<50 times /min); (5) Patients with atrial fibrillation were excluded from arrhythmia caused by electrolyte imbalance (K + < 3.5 mmol/L), high fever and internal environment disturbance.
