Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-60 years male and female patients; 2. Patients with voluntary coronary CTA; 3. The patients signed informed consent and voluntary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coronary CTA contraindication patient; 2. Patients with non-coronary heart disease; 3. Affecting the data collection because of the spirit, language and other factors; 4. Combine with disease such as infection, cancer, hematopoietic system disease or immune system disease; 5. The patients participate in other clinical researches.

Demographic data: age, gender, height, weight, ethnicity, occupation.;Clinical data: history, course, treatment history, physical examination, and other comorbidities and medication;Vital signs (temperature, heart rate, respiration, pulse, blood pressure);Laboratory tests: blood and urine routine tests; liver function (ALT, AST, ALP, gama-GGT, TBIL); renal function (Cr, BUN); coagulation (PT, TT, APTT, FIB).
