18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18 to 80 years old; the diagnosis was primary colon or rectal cancer confirmed by biopsy test; undergone radical resection for the first time; informed consent, and voluntarily joined the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Clinical emergency admission; patients with mental illness or inability to cooperate; patients diagnosed as inflammatory bowel disease; patients who had not obtained the stool specimen before surgery; patients undergone small intestinal ostomy surgery.
