Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged =18 years; 2) Patients should have colon cancer, whose tumor located at least 12cm from anal verge; 3) Patients with colon cancers undergo radical resection at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center (FUSCC); 4) Confirmed adenocarcinoma with AJCC stage III colon cancer by postoperative pathological assessment; 5) Patients should be assessed to be able to receive standard adjuvant chemotherapy for at least 3 months; 6) Patient written informed consent; 7) Plasma samples with =4ml available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with rectal cancers, whose tumors locate within 12cm from anal verge; 2) Patients who have received neoadjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 3) Patients who need adjuvant radiotherapy; 4) Patients who are intolerable to have adjuvant chemotherapy for at least 3 months; 5) Patients without surgical tissue samples.
