Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Takayasu arteritis formulated by American rheumatology in 1990; 2. Meet the surgery operation indications which including 4 aspects. First, imageological examination show aortic or branch suffer severe stenosis(>70%) or occlusion. Second, refractory hypertension result from aortic or renal artery stenosis. Third, the appearance of heart, brain, limbs and other organs ischemic manifestations. Fourth, aortic aneurysm disease; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coexist with other Rheumatic autoimmune disease; 2. Coexist with severe hematopathy, endocrine disease, or tumor; 3. Coexist with severe damage of vital organs, such as heart, lung, liver or renal, and cannot tolerant the anesthesia and operation; 4. Coexist with acute or chronic infectious disease, except tuberculosis; 5. Insanity or other reasons that cannot cooperate; 6. Pregnant.
