Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Definitely diagnosed as type 2 diabetes (according to the latest diagnostic criteria for diabetes published by the Chinese Medical Association); 2. living in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City (the future residence time is expected to be =6 months); 3. Aged =18 years old; 4. Have the habits and conditions for using the network; 5. At least one first-degree relative (including parents, children and compatriots) participate in the study at the same time, and live in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City (the future residence time is expected to be =6 months), age 18 to 65 years old; 6. informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. if they were unconscious; 2. had mental disorders; 3. had visual, aural, cognitive, or communicative impairments; 4. had participated in similar studies in the past, or were participating in similar studies at the time of the study.
