Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 50-80 years old; (2) All patients were treated with 3.0 TMRI during hospitalization, brain MRI was in accordance with WMIL diagnostic criteria, and the images were clear; brain DTI was also performed; (3) Tinetti balance and gait scale score < 24; (4) Tinetti balance and gait scale score, Pro-kin balance system evaluation and training, gait analysis system were completed for the first time. General assessment and training; (5) Blood pressure in patients with stable (100-160/60-100mmHg); (6) Agree to participate in this study, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Balance dysfunction caused by other factors in the past; (2) Poor general condition, serious heart and lung diseases, not suitable for early rehabilitation; (3) Associated with lower limb dysfunction; (4) Visual impairment; (5) Associated with moderate and severe cognitive impairment: Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score < 22.
