Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Prior to include BMI=25, or fasting blood glucose > 6.1mmol/L, or LDL-C > 100mg/dl; 2) Fully understand the scientific significance of the project, understand the benefits and possible risks of participating in the project, and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) People who are treated with insulin or lipid-lowering drugs; 2) People who are difficult to treat with acupuncture; 3) Patients with musculoskeletal diseases, malignant tumors, heart disease, or chronic bronchial diseases; 4) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 5) Pregnant women or women who are in the physiological period
