Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be diagnosed with metastatic cancer; 2. aware of their diagnosis and treatment; 3. aged 18 years or above; 4. have no cognitive communication impairments; 5. have access to the mobile devices and able to communicate with others by Wechat; 6. willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. KPS=40%; 2. currently taking anxiolytics and antidepressants; 3. receiving other psychotherapeutic treatment; 4. serious event such as divorce bereavement within one month.
