Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 60 years old, male; 2. Erectile dysfunction and decreased libido for more than 3 months; 3. Having a sex mate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ALT 2.5 times larger than ULR or TBIL is 1.5 times larger than ULR; 2. serum creatinine > 133 mol/L; 3. HBA1c =9%; 4. A family history or past or present history of a malignant tumor; 5. Allergic constitution;A history of mental illness and drug or alcohol abuse; 6. Unstable cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases existed within 3 months; 7. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; 8. Taking phosphodiesterase inhibitors or other drugs to improve sexual function within 3 months.
