Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Malignant thyroid nodules: thyroid micropapillary carcinoma with the maximum diameter of less than 1cm has no distant metastasis or lymph node metastasis; 2. Benign thyroid nodules: the maximum diameter of the lesion was > 2cm or there were subjective symptoms; Or compression of surrounding tissue.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lymph node metastasis or other malignant tumors; 2. Obvious bleeding and coagulation disorder; 3. Obvious cardiovascular system or respiratory system or nervous system disease; obvious hepatorenal damage and acute infection.
