Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforms to the diagnosis of brain injury with shoulder subluxation; 2. Vital signs are stable, can sit alone for more than 30 minutes without obvious discomfort; 3. Willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemiplegia upper limb fractures are not completely healed; 2. Hemiplegia upper limb peripheral nerve injury; 3. patients can not bend the elbow, wear a shoulder strap with any other reasons; 4. with serious cognitive dysfunction, AMI>7
