Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as high degree/III degree AVB planning to take dual chamber implantation; 2. implant active fixed bipolar; 3. patients over 18 years old; 4. go to the pacemaker clinic regularlly as required; 5. expectation of life over 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed as advanced tumor; 2. patients with coagulation disorders intolerant of subclavian vein puncture; 3. refuse to take pacemaker implantation; 4. patients younger than 18 years old or pregnant women; 5. expectation of life lower than 2 years.
